There are many roles we need volunteers for to ensure the tournament runs smoothly. These are just some of those roles, please indicate on the form if you are specifically interested in a role.

Set up Friday: registration area, concession, dressing rooms, rules in each time box

Registration-check in: Friday check player and bench cards, all days team sign in on iPads, admin at the main tournament desk

Pizza Runner: Friday only, take pizza from registration desk to team change rooms

Runner: take iPads from registration desk to ref/games, any other tasks needed in support of tasks & games

Officials point person: check in with officials (make sure they have water, snacks, etc), distribute their payment envelopes

Vendors, Arena staff point person, and locker room keys: check in with vendors make sure they are set up, have all they need, go to when arena staff is needed

Concession: snack bar sales, monitor the locker room keys process

Pizza, coffee sale coordinator receive and order pizza and coffee for sale

Music: for some games, semis-finals

Medals: help with holding the lacrosse stick with the medals for distribution, finals only

Photography, promotion: throughout and of finalists & winners
