Become A Coach

Coaching

The Pickering Ironheads are excited to invite enthusiastic, positive, and passionate individuals to be part of our coaching team for the upcoming season! Coaching with the Ironheads is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference—helping players learn the fundamentals, build confidence, embrace teamwork, and develop a lifelong love for the game of lacrosse in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.

Whether you’re a returning coach or stepping behind the bench for the first time, we welcome leaders who bring energy, encouragement, and a desire to help our athletes grow both on and off the floor. All coaches are required to meet OLA coaching certification standards and complete a background check. If you’re ready to inspire, mentor, and be part of a great lacrosse community, we’d love to have you join us!
